The RescueME Geospatial Data Intelligent Platform is a central digital gateway designed to enable the structured collection, processing, analysis, and visualization of geospatial data across the project’s diverse R-Labs (the RescueME case studies). The platform is a key enabler of the RescueME mission to support data-driven, community-based insights to feed resilience strategies for cultural heritage and cultural landscapes. As an online, modular platform, it provides an integrated environment for ingesting heterogeneous data types, including real-time and historical data in raster, vector or time series formats, in-situ sensor feeds, and user-generated geospatial content. The core idea is quite simple: bring cultural, environmental, climate and sensor data together in one place, and make it usable for both experts and non-experts.
