RescueME Chatbot

The RescueME Chatbot is a mobile conversational tool developed to support communication among control centers, in-field forces, and citizens in the context of natural hazard risk management. Built on the Telegram platform, it allows field operators to share their real-time location, report activities, and send geolocated multimedia content, while receiving broadcast messages and activity requests from authorities. Citizens can contribute by submitting geolocated multimedia content, becoming active participants in the disaster risk reduction process. Citizens also have access to a gamification system that promotes learning through play, increasing awareness of safe behaviours and providing information on cultural sites. All information is monitored through a dedicated dashboard, ensuring structured communication and efficient resources management.
