RescueME Resilience Baseline Assessment Survey

This set of questions is used to conduct an initial resilience baseline assessment (RBA), in RescueME it was used by all R-Labs (the RescueME case studies). This assessment was based on the resilience indicators identified in the RescueME Framework. The aim is to gather information for the RBA analysis on the local context, evaluating strengths and weaknesses of a given cultural landscape in areas such as the social system, finance, the natural environment, and the built environment. The information collected can be qualitatively evaluated using the methodology explained here. The questionnaires are translated into five languages to facilitate stakeholder participation and dissemination.
